A little bit about myself.
I’m a UX Designer based in Toronto with a background that blends visual design, human centered thinking, and real world problem solving. My work sits at the intersection of research, strategy, and design systems, helping turn complex experiences into products and communications that feel intuitive, accessible, and human.
Currently, I work at TD Bank where I contribute to customer facing banking experiences and large scale communication redesign initiatives. My work involves collaborating closely with research teams, synthesizing user feedback, improving accessibility and clarity, and helping shape experiences that impact millions of customers across digital and service touchpoints.
Before transitioning into UX and product design, I spent several years in print and production design at TC Transcontinental, where I developed a strong foundation in layout, visual communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail. That experience continues to influence the way I approach systems thinking and design execution today.
Alongside my professional work, I’ve collaborated on product design projects in Sheridan College, focusing on user research, prototyping, interaction design, and emerging digital experiences. I’ve also completed certifications in Human Centered Service Design and AI x Design Thinking through IDEO at TD.
Outside of design, I also have a passion for baking and creative storytelling through food and presentation. Baking has become another outlet for creativity and attention to detail, allowing me to explore aesthetics, emotion, and craftsmanship in a completely different way. Whether designing digital experiences or creating custom desserts, I’m drawn to thoughtful details and experiences that leave a lasting impression.
What drives me most is creating experiences that not only look good, but genuinely improve how people interact with products and services. I’m especially passionate about thoughtful design systems, accessibility, emotionally aware experiences, and the evolving role of AI in design.
